The Internal Support Services (ISS) Group is dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation of Quantum Healers 369 by managing behind-the-scenes activities, allowing the core Service Groups to focus on their expertise.

- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, manage benefits, and ensure legal compliance
- Coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to support continuous learning
Information Technology
- Maintain and support IT infrastructure and networks
- Oversee website management, updates, and security

- Oversee scheduling and routing of transportation services
Maintenance & Repair
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify and address issues promptly
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repair services
Community Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with local community and business partners
- Develop outreach programs and initiatives
- Represent QH369 at community events and meetings
Guest Relations
- Maintain guest database
- Manage guest services and address any issues or concerns
- Coordinate before- and post-Med-Bed-treatment integrations for all guests
Collaboration Coordination
- Maintain QH369 knowledge repositories, including community and group blueprints
- Organize meetings, tours, and collaborative initiatives
- Collect feedback on collaborative efforts to enhance QH369 services
